Looks like a mortal kombat character Also a muffled bottom and clean but thick sweet high is such a good guitar tone. It always sucks choosing between a good tight chug or a sweet wide high bc one kills the other unless obviously you have a super advanced setup.

For those who don’t know, I’m pretty sure the intro is a take on Tinariwen’s “Talyat” which means “girl” in Tamashek. Its Tuareg rock, desert blues/rock. If it is, and it sounds so close to it, I am very impressed by this young lady’s influences. I personally do not like covers but I will be excited to see any new material (if Billy allows her to write, he has admitted he is very controlling of the band’s writing). If she can write original music, I very much want to hear it.

I recognized a modified Talyat. That’s a great song and homage to a band that has known struggles most cannot fathom. If so, much respect and a great egg to put at the beginning
